OPRAH'S NEW DIET

Oprah, whose weight has apparently skyrocketed almost as much as her net worth, has released yet another diet plan for the new year. According to Robert Esculent, her personal dietitian, this plan is guaranteed to not only lower your weight, but also to save money and improve your spiritual well-being.

The steps in the diet plan are as follows:

  1. Get off of your gluteus maximus.
  2. Turn off the Oprah Show.
  3. Take a sixty minute walk.
  4. While walking, thank God (in your own words) for all of the good things that have happened in your life.

Note that your walk should not include any stops at Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Baskin-Robbins, or any other fast food outlets.
